Thonglor is Sukhumvit Soi 55, on the same BTS line as Soi 11, so you stay on one train. Two walks matter: reaching BTS Thong Lo, and the last stretch from Nana. Figures are rough.

No. BTS Thong Lo and BTS Nana are both on the Sukhumvit line. Stay on through Phrom Phong and Asok, and get off at Nana.

How long does it take from BTS Thong Lo?

About 15 minutes from BTS Thong Lo to our door: about 6 minutes on the train and about 8 minutes on foot from Nana Exit 3.

Which platform do I use at BTS Thong Lo?

The one for trains towards Mo Chit, which head west through Phrom Phong.

Thonglor is the local name for Sukhumvit Soi 55, a long side street running north from BTS Thong Lo and known for its restaurants and bars. It's three stops east of Nana on the same line. We don't have a branch here: Dragon Heart is one shop on Soi 11, about 15 minutes away.
